Use of our website and the purchase of products from our store constitutes agreement with our terms and conditions set forth below.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 to order many of our products. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations!

International Orders 

Items for sale on AllProOutfitters.com will only be shipped inside of the USA and no International orders are currently accepted.

Returns and Exchanges 

Returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 10 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact us. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in brand new, unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 10 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us. There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. As stated above, if the item is being returned for a refund, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Change and Cancellation Policy 

If you order the wrong item(s) you may change your order up until the time the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped if you wish to change an item you must follow the guidelines in the return & exchange section (above).

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so up until the time the order has shipped. Once an order has been mailed you must follow the guidelines in the return & exchange section (above).

You can contact us about a change or cancellation via email or telephone (615-722-7057). If you choose to send an email you must use “order change” or “order cancellation” in your email subject to make sure the email is directed to the correct department so the change or cancellation can be implemented before the order ships.

Shipping Information 

Shipping is done via the USPS and in some cases via UPS. Delivery time varies depending on your location and we make no guarantees about delivery time (just helpful estimations). Generally all orders are shipped out within 48 hours during regular business days (often the same day we receive them). In some cases delays are inevitable and shipping may be postponed.

Privacy Policy 

No personal information (names, addresses, email addressed, telephone numbers, etc) gathered off our website (from forum registration, orders, newsletter subscribers, personal communication or otherwise) will be sold to anyone at anytime without written permission. Additionally we will not distribute, give or provide your information to anyone at at time except in the case of fraud, criminal action, or abuse (we define “abuse” as the intention or action of harming our company in any way). In such cases as fraud, criminal action or abuse we reserve the right to distribute customer information to parties we deem appropriate for investigation and or prosecution.

We reserve the right to send out company promotions via email information acquired from correspondence, purchases or other direct contact. If you do not want to receive promotional material via email simply “opt-out” at the time you create your account with us OR login to your account and manage your email subscription preferences. We will respect your privacy. You can also unsubscribe directly from any email we send at any time.
